Bala as he is known in the industry has a wide range of experience working in technology, banking and finance industry. He has worked in various capacities in global organizations such as Modi Olivetti, Citibank N.A, HCL Deluxe, NCR and Western Union Financial Services, (both in India and USA). His last assignment was Head of Operations - South Asia, Western Union India, where he was responsible for setting up the entire operations for the region. As Country Manager for Bangladesh and East India, he was also responsible for business development activities and managed the entire Network development activities for Western Union. |

GOPINATH
Gopi has worked in various capacities in Global organizations like CMS Computers, AT&T Corp and NCR. He has successfully headed the services planning for Customer services division for NCR in India. He has also been responsible for conceiving & implementing key business strategies for retail & financial products. Involved in quality initiatives in NCR, he successfully implemented the Customer Engineer Profitability Program, using six sigma methodology resulting in significant cost and productivity improvements. He has also handled service delivery organizations for Western India as regional manager managing 24x7 field centric operations and incident management centers in Mumbai. He is green belt certified professional and black belt trained. |

Ram has a vast experience in the IT industry focusing mainly on solution development for Fortune 500 clients that includes AIG American General (USA), Ford Motor Company (UK), CITIBANK N.A (India). Worked extensively in developing solutions for Insurance industry, Involved in designing the Worksite Marketing system. Has complete knowledge of the life cycle for the Insurance industry. Worked in the Life Insurance policy administration systems like Lifecomm 86, Vantage-One & Cyberlife. Knowledge about AWD (Automated work Distributor) & Commission system DSS 15.0. Experience in Legal and regulatory compliance on insurance including SOX, HIPAA, MIB etc. Also a certified DB2 V 7.0 DBA professional, understands the database requirements of Insurance systems. Well versed in quality processes and adhereing to SEI CMM level 5 standards

Senguttuvan Shanmugham, or Sam" as he is commonly known, has more than 15 years experience in the IT industry. His experience includes building an off-shore software development center in India for a leading remittance software company based out of Blue Bell, PA. His expertise includes project management, product development and product support. He has managed multi-million dollar remittance projects for various organizations including government and fortune 500 companies in the United States.
Sam also has expertise in setting up processes for complex systems. He has worked extensively in environments that required huge data, network and manual security. Sam is an excellent team player and also instrumental in launching innovative KPO solutions. He is also the CEO of Trivent and leads the KPO and the LPO activities in Chennai from Trivent’s U.S. office.

Sri is a technology entrepreneur featured in CNN Asia, as well as leading newspapers and magazines for excellence in technological entrepreneurship. Beginning his career as a C programmer writing anti virus programs, Sriram went on to hold senior positions in companies such as HCL, before setting up EAPGlobal, an IT security services company. As Founder and Chief Technology Officer of this company, he managed a large team of Information security experts across four countries, before he divested his stakes to SIFY. He is an expert in IT security and technology with rich international business experience in countries such as USA, UK, Australia and Middle East. He has presented 13 whitepapers in Information Security & Assurance and in his career, he has successfully implemented large projects for clients such as Unilever, Deutsche Bank, Nortel Networks, Sun Microsystems, British Telecom, SEBI, Bombay Stock Exchange, ICICI Bank, Reserve Bank of India, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Dell, Ranbaxy and the Indian Army.
