Marvin Morris, esq is the Founder and CEO of Bedrock Global. Marvin is an advisor and business founder with over 28 years experience advising start-ups, small and middle-market businesses on formation, development, financing, and execution strategies. Through Bedrock, he advises technology and brick-and-mortar businesses in specialized sectors, including food & beverage, retail, hospitality, and media & entertainment.
Marvin's corporate development experience includes serving as the US licensing agent to the largest record label in South Africa to acquire music content from the United States. In the energy sector, he provided market entry services to a French multinational corporation to establish its corporate presence and eligibility to bid on government contracts in Washington DC.
Marvin also has 15 years experience in government and project finance. His project finance and real estate experience includes leading the finance team for the District of Columbia Government in the financing, lease negotiations with Major League Baseball, and legislative approvals for the development of the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium. He also advised the City of Johannesburg, South Africa on its economic development initiatives related to the country's hosting of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Marvin holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a J.D. from the Howard University School of Law. He is a licensed independent real estate broker in the State of New York, and a member of the state bars for the State of New York and the District of Columbia.
